SYRCL is facilitating two public engagement meetings on the reintroduction of spring run Chinook salmon to the North Yuba River above New Bullards Bar. One will be in-person at the Downieville Community Center on Wednesday 8/27 from 6:00-7:30 and another will be virtually on September 5 th from 1-2:30. I have attached the flyer here. CDFW will be giving a presentation on the reintroduction program generally, provide an overview of ongoing pilot studies, preliminary results, next steps, potential public impacts, and public engagement. The last 30 mins or so of the meeting will be reserved for a Q & A.
